The story so far...

October 4th we signed a contract for the land... it has yet to be released...

The developers say it is with council, and has been for a while...

Rumour is that the developers are slow to get their developments out...??? the glass is half full of at least it gives us more time to look for houses and get plans and save more money...

We will just have to wait and see, i do love the land though and we will have at least a few GREAT neighbours that we will know when we are in!

after researhing plans online, we finally walked a few houses, plans and walking the real thing are very different, my advice, look around, keep an open mind, don't say no when your husband or wife says "just look at this one you never know!"
